Our PAVAN Pasta Lines (imported from Italy) enable us to produce premium pasta across all formats with precision, consistency, and hygiene.

Complete PAVAN Production Line:

Fully Automated Every stage; vacuum mixing, extrusion, drying, and packaging. Everything is connected, automated, and monitored in real time. Zero manual handling at any point.

Vacuum Mixing:

Better Colour, Better Structure Air is removed from the dough before mixing begins. This prevents oxidation and air bubbles, producing pasta with brighter colour, fewer defects, and uniform texture across every batch.

Thermo-Active System (TAS) Drying:

Faster, Better Drying Conventional drying takes 10–24 hours. PAVAN's TAS completes it in 2–4 hours across 5 independently controlled climate zones, eliminating cracking, white spots, and protein damage while using 30–50% less energy.

50+ MT Daily Capacity:

With 100% Durum Wheat Semolina Our short-cut pasta line runs at 50+ metric tonnes per day, producing Penne, Fusilli, and Macaroni from 100% durum wheat semolina. Automated moisture, colour, and shape inspection rejects any defect before packaging..
