system for lasagna and nests. Capacity ranges from 100 to 1200 kg/h.
Fresh Regional Pasta Line:
Uses Premix®, Beltmix, and Bakmix for dough prep, ideal for regional recipe innovations.
High-precision shaping and consistent dough feed across units ensure uniform quality.
Fresh-Filled Pasta Line:
Engineered for high-quality filled pasta with unique pasteurisation systems and options for
high-temperature drying, freezing, or stabilisation — ensuring long shelf life and food safety.
